I went through and made the spreadsheet in the tutorial and it worked out great! I was able to customize it with my own colors too, which was a lot of fun! I learned some new stuff with the conditional formatting (I didn't know that you could add check marks like that! I added stars to mine!). I hope that this is something we see more of because it's a lot of fun to build these and I feel like I'm learning a lot! I guess I should go check out your course then!

I am following your tutorial but the first Countif formula which I hsve copied aexactly as in the tutorial gives an error message - any suggestions on what might be the issue?

It's a wonderful spreadsheet but the task-count formula sadly doesn't work for me :( I keep getting an error when I hit enter. I tried it multiple times too.
Edit : Excel uses a different list separator depending on your region. I'm not located in an English speaking country, so my list separator is ";", instead of ", ". So replacing ", " with ";" when typing the formulas solved the problem! And then all of the formulas worked flawlessly.
