Problem with LED Headlight Headlamp BORUIT RJ-3000

When the battery is inserted the LED turns ON automatically. It should not be like that. Pressing the 'Mode' button does not turn OFF the LED neither changes the modes. Looks like the modes are stuck.

I just bought one, receive it today and have exactly the same problem, looks like this is pure crappy  material.

Like a good mexican I took it apart and had my ducktape ready jajajaa and I found I clear cable disconnected. It has 5 posible lead welded points.

i opened it up. there are 4 wires solders in line. these 4 wires may be crossed and thus eliminating the toggle switch. remove the 4 screws before you just throw the unit in the trash.
These werent to expensive. But Im a tinker.
Its easy to repair if you have a solder.

Thank God Its alive.!!! The clear cable goes with the light blue and the red cable that loops to its base. I had no mini welder so I twisted it to a red cable and a mini droplet of crazy glue. (mex-i-can) get stuff done with what its at hand. The 2 dark blue are to the switch. I took a pic and might share it if I got time. Good luck

I just got screwed the same way except that mine has the side red lights and they don't turn on. PEOPLE WHO BY FROM EBAY. DO NOT BUY THESE HEADLIGHTS FROM SELLER'S. THESE ARE CHEAP CHINESE KNOCK OFFS AND ARE TOTAL CRAP...

Oh wow some of these posts are 3 years old, I just bought one about 3 months ago these guys have still been selling them., what a bunch of crap , , oh I guess you live and learn ! Don’t buy cheap knockoffs Not worth it !!

Bought one yesterday.  Mine has worked well so far, lots of light, and does what I need it to do,  however, you can definitely tell its an Extra-Chinese product.  The box and what little paperwork/instructions are printed in the HORRIBLY translated English that anyone who has used vaping mods should be very familiar with.  But....the price was right.  Its not the most solid thing I've ever seen, probably wouldn't hold up to rough use and harsh environments, but its durable enough for what I usually use it for, installing car audio in cramped, dark areas.

Mine wont turn on anymore after about 24 hrs of use. I charged the batt attached to the lamp cause I have no charger for those big batt. I also found out this is an imitation / cheap copy of a real boruit. The real one has about 4 stikers and emblems. And the small lightes should show a visible led. Also is about 150$. , not $20ish. Mine would do all sorts after I first charged it..I would have to remove the batteries to get different affects....No lights..all lights...mostly just central light and the switch did nothing...

I took the back off....just to check a lose connection as mentioned on this post and when put back together it worked...The wiring appears very close and messy I think that some of these faults are from shorts between the wires...
You could try what I did and try ensuring bare or wires are not touching, or you could gently twist the power lead going into the back of the torch to move the wires inside a little....It would be better to take the back off the torch off mind...

this product is no good! do not waste your money. worked at first then would not turn on or off with the switch and if you plug in the charger it starts flashing until you unplug it.

these things dont work for me unless I have the charger attached.I have more than one and none of them work. CCJ or cheao chinese junk!
