1:16 Incorrect. LEDs do use the same voltage as a regular light bulb. They use less current, which is what gives rise to Canbus errors as the control module believes there is no bubl connected. That's a basic error.

i have installed led blinker bulbs to my e46. at the first time when i start the engine, i get failure code on my car that ther is no blinker installed. after using the blinker it flashes fast and after that it works normally. it doesnt get power on first i think. is this resistor working for that problem too?

Yeah using LED headlights really sucks for the people driving at night in the on coming traffic lanes. Or haven't you figured that out yet? I always make sure to "key" any cars with LEDS when visiting the same stores/parking lots.
