I have one a few yrs bk n didn’t understand it n just re connected it yesterday. I connected to internet n can see everything but every movie I pick it tries yo load n then says unable to stream now? After hrs it never showed me anything. Is it to old or is there anything I need to do. It’s the same one on this video. Hi i received my box to day and its a gold color but Its Quad-core from china, and i try to use wireless keyboard and don't respond why? and even remote it self pointer doesn't work properly, is there any thing that i have to enable on box? thank you.

I like the look of this box but it contradicts itself on the front. Says 4 core cpu but penta core lol?!
