Thanks, that's exactly how I consume fruits. Plenty on the morning on an empty stomach, never mixer with any other food, never at night. It's work wonderful with me.
A nutritionist recently told me to stop that habit and eat heavyer meal on the morning and fruits on the late afternoon. I tryed, it was a mess on my body.
I can't understand how so many so called experts can have so strong opinions about how to eat healthy. All theses different philosophy of healthy food contredicts each others so much. That's very confusing.

Same kind of nature fruits can be eaten together and try to not mix with other nature fruits. It’d go like this:
Banana + Papaya
Mosambi + Orange
Strawberry + Blueberry

but not Banana + Orange ❌

and dont consume citric fruits on a empty stomach, as it can cause acidity, bloating

Cant have fruits on empty stomach. My gastritis will kill me😂.. I always eat it after food. I dont have any problems with my gut. 😊
