Awwh Anakin is still somewhere underneath the zombie Darth Vader. Anakin is still in love with Pademae even if they separated by death and living status. I don't think Anakin ever forget Pademae or the past they had. And might have been the soft side spot for Luke to sense and rescued Anakin from the Dark Side.

You can feel as if Vader is crying under that helmet. This video really creates the feeling that he is suffering. Lots of remorse and regret lies deep inside a dark chassis.
