As London's enormous new hospital opens - are enough NHS staff being tested?

Now, under increasing pressure to get more NHS workers back into wards, the government insisted that increasing test capacity was its "top priority". And there was a promise that within weeks there would be capacity to test hundreds of thousands more.

They WILL have 5 centers for testing? A friend of mine lives in Saarland, Germany, the smallest federal land with one million people and 1000 square miles and they have 5 centers there alone.When will the government wake up and give this the priority it deserves?

Prince Charles never had the illness, he’s 71 and no way, if he did have it, would he recover in one week! Maybe he just wants to support those who are ill and cos he’s in his 70s saying that you will survive if you have the virus if you are of a certain age! You ask a nurse or doctor if it’s possible that a man of his age would recuperate after one week! Not a chance!

What I find a little difficult to reconcile is the fact that a pandemic of high consequence was one of the number one risks on the UK risk register for 2020. At the very least, you would think there would have been adequate preparations of PPE.

This is pure incompetent from British Government not looking after the NHS staff by slow and laziness from the men and women in charge for testing Covid-19. Lots of people will die because of their slow to action. This British Government only good talker but no action. Action is louder than talk. Not enough PPE and Testing for Covid-19.
