Maybe the events of the gta's makes the parents feel threatened for the safety of their child so they homeschool them and doesn't allow them outside

I'm in college at the moment for games design and one of my glass mates came up with an idea of a game where you can kill children she said it was for parents struggling and wanting to get some stress out her idea was for the game to get a photo of their child and put it on a model so the parents could shoot them, I genuinely could not believe why I have to explain that that's not a good idea, so that's probably why they don't have children in GTA
