Fix DJI Mini 3 GIMBAL STUCK Error 40002 [ Cable Problem ]

Mini 3 and Mini 3 Pro Gimbal Stuck Error 40002 is the Most Error happen. You first should clean the gimbal by Tear it down and Clean it. But Gimbal cable is also cause Error 40002 too.

Thank you! although it was slightly different for the Mini pro it ended up working. So fyi for anyone. If your gimbal starts to stutter/shake midflight cable will eventually fail. I crashed my drone and gimbal still worked for a while after, then it started to stutter during flights and eventually gimbal was failing completely but camera was 100% fine. I replaced the cable today and everything works like new! no error codes to.

Amazing tutorial, Thank you so much for detailed walkthrough. I was successfully able to change Gimbal wire. In my case, error 40028 still appears after gimbal calibration and after couple of minutes for flight, I'm getting "Gimbal Motor Overload" warning. Any solution for it?

i have the same issue on stuck.check whether gimbal cover is removed and make sure gimbal can rotate freely on all three axes
this is from a landing erros...😁

I was able to fix my gimbal after replacing the ptz cable. But now I can't focus the camera no matter what I do, even manual focus does not work. Would it be safe to assume that if even a single ptz wire on the camera connector section is broken that it can render the camera's ability to focus as useless? There are about 20 wires going straight to the camera alone. If anyone wants to chime in on that possibility please respond. There are very few threads even covering this. If we could save eachother some money that would be great thanks

I have one same issue with my Mavick 3 Mini. My sister crashed it, and I saw one of the mini cables ripped apart. Could I not get it solded and joint the cables Back together? I mean, the cut appears at simple eye view. Or do I have to replace the whole cable?

what happened to me is that the gimbal has somesand in it after a crash, it also have some sand in the rotors but I'm managing into cleaning it, but i feel I had to clean the gimbal motors cause it is making them to overload or something like that then I had to stop flying for some time

i tried to do ... but, when i completed the task, the camera seems to be offline, dead, black screen. Before, it was working, but one of the axis was damaged. So, did i burned out my camera ? ... btw ... there is a cable (black and red) in 2.35, connected to the camera... i didnt see this cable... very strange ... maybe my drone was a different version.

And... i have recently done this procedure with a mavic pro, and it was a successful! !!!

what is the size of the 1st two black screws you removed from the battery port? The screwdriver that came with my cable kit stripped the screw head

Hi, what happens if you get the code 40002 but not the code 40027, is this still the same issue or could it just need normal calibration?
