Yes very true aggressive serials, fight, news, content like big boss, it invariably registers into our mind and we stay aggressive entire day ..avoid such content to maintain peace in mind 😌

Hot pepper stimulates my appetite. I feel happy when eating hot peppers. And agitated when I don’t have any with food! It just makes it taste better. Releases more saliva to digest food!

2 things : Coffee is happiness and not even for it's caffine content, for it is smell.. why do we like scents of books or soil after first shower of rain.. something on the lines of it. For me, it is beginning, it is hope, it is what fixes bad morning, noon or evening.
I take mine black, without milk or sugar. Ain't no way, apple boiled in tea will attain status of coffee.
Secondly, you cannot always leave two people arguing. If my family walked past me, saying it ain't our business 😅 that is bad. We cannot leave the "mess" part of life that comes with our people. People are generally "messy" and it is ok. My calm is my people, my serenity is keeping them happy and be around them when they are going through a phase. Heck, I won't even walk past strangers if I knew one of them can do with my help or someone is yelling at them for no reason.

Maybe you mean "unnecessary argument"

1. I will take deep breaths and continuously talk to myself calming myself down or tell myself that this feeling is temporary it will go away and try to distract myself.
2. I would usually start playing pubg 😅
3. I would play songs that calms me down

I watch kids content and movies
And they are just so relaxing and makes me happy Bhajans also helps me a lot in calming down whenever i m stressed ❤

I can't avoid coffee because I have low blood pressure and my doctor told me that I should take control every day to balance my bp and that's really help me a lot

When ever I fell disturbed I just talk with plants in my balcony, I know it doesn't make sense for anyone people might say me stupid but it makes a lot of sense for me❤.
