My corolla has a setting in the infotainment screen to unlock all doors when you press they button once. Such a nice feature

My car is a very similar model to this and I do this to my brother all the time by accident.

And yes I agree, if I need to escape in a very quick amount of time, I need to make sure I can put my music on first

"I don't have a wheel" gave me an idea. A car where both front seats have a wheel, gas, and brake. You tell them only one of you is actually controlling it, it's just so the other feels involved. But secretely, they're controlling the opposite sides wheels, gas, and breaks.
