Factories of European companies in China can pollute as much as they want, but Chinese companies can't even establish a single car factory ? I have been to factories EU companies factories in China and they are terrible. We basically exported our pollution.

Well, Samsung has built factories in Hungary as well and half of the workforce are Koreans, so I'm not sure how big the opportunity for Hungarians is.
