Drink Clove And Lemon Tea Each Morning, THIS Will Happen To Your Body!

Cloves and lemons have been used for decades and even longer to add flavour to different recipes and for other culinary uses. Even more, cloves and lemons offer tremendous health benefits and when combined and consumed together to make a tea, they become a nutritional powerhouse which also tastes great. You can easily make your own clove and lemon tea at home. All you will need is two to three cups of water, one tablespoon of whole cloves and one half of strained fresh lemon juice. Boil the water and then add in the cloves and let simmer for ten minutes. Then add in the lemon juice, mix together and let simmer for another five to ten minutes. Let cool to your desired temperature and enjoy. It is that easy! Now, lets discuss some of the amazing health benefits of consuming clove and lemon tea.
