This is so spot on, if a group of neighbors visit me or send condolonces to me, im a dead man, i always mumble and stutter without getting nervous. Im even nervous in my home smh

Actually, when I fear something, I usually also fear the 3 to 4 things that normally come afterwards, and then am in an uncomfortable situation for a long time. Sure being familiar with that feeling makes it no longer uncomfortable, but if possible I would rather surround myself by people who respect my boundaries

I do not like getting blood drawn.

I tried to one up this feeling by being with the experience. I squirm just thinking about it.

Its apart of life and acceptance would probably feel better than resistance, but physical pain sucks lol

So yea, growing up hasnt been all that fun, but its been pretty worth it.

I worry about a lot of stuff that will never happen, which is why i keep tuning it.

Slowly, its coming together

This is pretty stupid. He just told us we experience our sensations, not the triggers of our sensations. Is this actually a revelation?

Well, is mental... Many of those fears are mind creation and a few of those are real, but exists too 😂
