So brave. I admire him, and everyone that does this, so freakin much. The courage, years of training, physical strength, control over their emotions/fears, their insanely quick thinking and physical response times, ability to memorize the terrain (it’s like a massive racetrack, and they know every
Sheesh. The time they put in, for ONE jump, is immense. These locations aren’t in your backyard, they travel abroad, study everything about the location and jump/land spots, have to get approval from whatever authority in that country, rent helicopters or whatever to get to the jump spot or spend hours hiking with all their equipment there, wait days for the right weather and wind speeds/directions, then they gotta muster the courage to actually jump, monitor their elevation/altitude as they’re simultaneously flying fast af and focusing on obstructions in their path… I mean, the margin for error is ZERO when they cut it that closely to trees/rocks/the ground/buildings.
Then they’re uber experienced at parachuting. These wingsuit jumps are essentially like taking all the skills from base-jumping mixed with skydiving and hang-gliding.
I’m certain that I’m missing tons of things. But wow, all for <90 seconds(?) However, it’s gotta be 90 seconds of something that cannot be compared to ANY other feeling or experience on planet earth. It’s thrilling and heart-pounding to watch, and I’m just sitting on my couch! Lol.
I’m in complete and utter awe of these people and their skills.🤩🤙👏
