Today I am trying out Elon Musks 5 minute rule for productivity. Breaking down my entire working day into 5 minute slots, can I increase my focus and productivity?

I feel you, there’s pretty much no time to yourself all through school hours, and then it’s dinner time....maybe time for tea, then bedtime for the kids somehow, maybe another cuppa, then...wait it’s midnight already?! Shit...
You got an impressive amount done with the method, felt a little limiting though if you got into the groove. Looking forward to what you have coming next Sarah!

This is a very interesting experiment. I have never tried writing for 5 minutes because I definetly prefer to get really into something and never break unless I really have to. At least when it comes to writing

5 mins would derail me. I need longer stretches of time to work, but looks like sonething to try out I just know it would frustrate me!

"Here's a new novel..." I started laughing because I felt called out :D I love watching you try this, but I don't think I'd try it in such small increments. I might try it with 10 minute slots? We'll see :D Looks fun and frustrating at the same time.
