It sucks, but Vikes are playing long game. He’s only 21. Youngest QB in this past draft. Darnold has his issues, but I think he’s gonna have a solid yr and bridge it well to JJ next season. He can sit and exclusively study vs balancing his time between that and reps. Trying to look on bright side.

I'm really interested to see how Sam darnold plays with better coaching. Let's be honest, the jets are always a mess and the panthers are well... the panthers. If he's still bad after this I think it's safe to call him a bust. The NFC north is gonna be a division to watch this year.
