重曹(juusou) is the short form of 重炭酸曹達 ("juu"tansan"sou"da) which is bicarbonate soda or baking soda. Fun fact, in Japan, seems like Arima is known as 重曹ちゃん (juusou-chan or translated it will be baking soda-chan lmao), because of an april fool joke made before i believe, the collab of Oshi no Ko with 重曹ちゃん(juusou-chan) starring Arima, and yeah juusou-chan is the brand of a baking soda in Japan. Funny thing is that the collab turn out to be a true one.

Back to the topic, it is hard to translate these language jokes directly, so i can say the manga translation in english and my own language as well did their best to convey the meaning.
