The best self-defense tip I got from this video is to not mess with Bass Rutten.

I’m not a fan of many fighters in general but I am of you Mr. Rutten. Is there a way I could send you gloves or something like that to get your autograph? You can write something like not for resale or something like that on the underside…. Or whatever you’d suggest to show that I’m a fan not for profit type crud.
