My company deduction of lateness by every minute late work in and late break in
Then break time is an hour flexible to take a break either 12pm-1pm or 1pm-2pm..
If come in late after take break count in late..

Any suggestions and idea for me..
Prefer exact time rather than 8:00 8:30 9:00 as std practice..
Time would be vary from X:01-X:59
Every minute late will be counted but early not counted..
Overtime counted by every hour not minute after std working 8hrs

If a person work on holiday or on sunday then how to calculate his overtime for holiday? And how to calculate his overtime salary if he gets different hourly rate for overtime?
