Been going through some shit recently, but luckily, for past 6 months, I was able to work out regularly. I had no idea that breaking yourself physically can help you heal emotionally. And CT is truly amazing motivator. Just thinking of him yelling "you're not done yet!" helps me push forward.

A shame really nobody knows him outside the fitness community. He could help so many people with his message in all areas of their lives like he did mine.

I stopped going to the gym in November. There were many "reasons", but i realized that they were just excuses, excuse for me to stop what i was doing, excuses for me to give up what i fell in love with. Since November, i would go to the gym once or twice a week, and then give up. But after watching this speech, i realized i made a huge mistake. I realized that i had given up on the one thing that i fell in love with, the one thing that made me happy, that kept me going. I cried when i watch this, i didn't realize it until the end, but, i cried. I feel like i had to say this, so i did.

This has changed me literally since listening 5 days ago. It's changed my workout. Downloaded sleeve buster Union tracks, bang out like a boss now. I don't look at anyone in the gym, just knowing I am doing 150% effort is all I needed, thanks guys for putting this up, it's quite been a revelation for me. I might not be a big guy, but I know what I haven't to do to get to my minds goal. Respect.

Thank you for posting this. i listen to CT while I workout. Listening to him is more motivating than listening to music. He forces me to push to my limits and beyond.
