I have to say that i am kid im 14 years old and started working out already 4 months ago and have six pack and good chest now the thing im working the most is my hands...
The only reason that im writin this is to say that i didnt go to gym all these things thr six pack i made hhome on a FUCKING CARPET IT WAS HARD IT WAS COLD SWEATY BUT I KEPT ON BECAUSE IM obssesed...
