Svelte Tutorial: A framework comparison

Let's get right into some Svelte! I create the tic tac toe we converted from React to Vue3, now in Svelte and compare this version to BOTH the React version we did with functional components and the Vue3 version. I also go into a few of the benefits of Svelte. It is awesome so far and I hope you like this!
