Exactly how my theater was. At the credits, one kid even got up and said "Let's give it up for Minecraft!" and everyone followed his instruction and applauded. Most lively I've seen a theater ever in my life.

Fun fact : apperently the chicken jockey scene for one theater was so crazy police barged in the theater thinking there was a murder or something
Edit : sorry guys it was actually because teens were throwing popcorn everywhere not only that this wasnt the first time police came into a seance there was also a time where teens assaulted staff members and jumped at the screen it got so bad that theaters had to put Papers saying to stop being crazy

Edit: I went to see the Minecraft movie again yesterday, and the theatre did clap at the end, so that was nice

there is something poetic about how everyone left the theater thinking "yeah that movie wasn't good" but the actual theater experience about shared enjoyment of something (flaws and all) elevated it thoroughly

Cool bug facts: after Jack black said "crafting table" the people in the movie theater in China were so chaotic they rioted into the streets, 500 people were killed, 250 were cannibalized as a result president xing had his breakfest moved from 9am to 10 am
