BART - The RAREST Thomas Wooden Railway Item(?)

I have stumbled upon what is POSSIBLY the rarest wooden railway item in the world.
3 Low-res images exist of it. That's it. No known owners, no footage, not even a single high quality image.
Funny how recently BART has started selling new wooden railway trains, made likely by Lalok.

I remember seeing that image years ago. BART happens to be my local subway. Let me tell you it’s not really fun writing that but it does get you where you gotta go.

I mean, it’s interesting. If anything I’d think it was given to workers of the LC Factory if that particular engine was in the area of the factory.
Or it could be a prototype, but I doubt that, I don’t think they made boxes for the prototype, might be wrong there.
The only things that are not believable is it having a box like a item sold, and not having a little cardboard box like most worker items. Similar to the LC Cargo Car. Also the wheels. Those aren’t TWR wheels.

I know this is really dumb and small but something that I CAN'T get off my mind and makes me MAD AS HECK is this is Wooden Railway, NOT Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway, if it were Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway, it would have Thomas Characters, also it say Wooden Railway, not Thomas & Friends Wooden Railway. I also believe its fake.

Gold Dome James Goes Buzz Buzz would be rare for Americans. Not 1 in my opinion but top 5... If youre in the UK you can find them appearing half a dozen times a year maybe more.

Have 2 now lol... Got one for $85 US and the other for 20 pounds UK.
