Made gochujang tofu for the 1000th time yesterday and thought she needed a proper Reel. 😌 (Last version was cut down from my YüTüb video and did not do her justice lol.)

As a Korean, I can say that this recipe is truly authentic! In Korea, we call it “dubu gangjeong”. Especially, mixing gochujang and ketchup is a really Korean way of doing it 😂 Try adding a pinch of cinnamon powder to the sauce. It's really good and goes well together.

I made this a couple weeks ago and have been craving ever since, so I came back to get the recipe again. I do plan on using less gochijang, as I am weak about too much spice, and increasing the garlic to compensate. So good- and the texture of the frozen/defrosted and torn tofu is PERFECT.

If you squeeze/rub the sesame while sprinkling, you will get more flavor although you lose some of the crunch. I like to do half rubbing and half normal.
