I just wanna know where they get their spice from. I don't understand how they do this. I know they use pitch correction and all kinds of stuff but you can't do stuff like this without some next level talent from every person involved. Studying Hans' music has brought me so much joy and peace

The intro was so well made, you think it’s just his sound engineer playing a prank on him and then you realize it warpst straight into Paul’s Dream. Will never forget seeing it live last Friday!!

I remember looking at tickets for the O2 performance back in February… I live in Dallas Texas sooo yeah :/ not possible. And my truck was recently stolen but I have high hopes I’ll get to see a live Hans performance one day

her voice is prerecorded, hate to say it, it's 100% the same every live recording i can find. It was an epic recording though! Don't get me wrong.

very concert like. it{s amazing to hear and look at but sadly this version tramples all over the original vision of HZ for the original 7 minute long Paul's Dream composition. The original has a long build up that's "dreamy" (mind the pun) but strongly foreboding... all that buildup explodes when the singer's voice erupts in defiant Painful Anger to clearly state the Fremen stance in life and their claim of Arrakis.

Again, not bashing HZ nor this production per se, it is a concert and it's clear he wanted to make an impact on the audience but had he done the original composition for this theme he would've gotten not only the same reaction from the public but even perhaps even a better one. Still amazing to hear.

I need to be honest. I was SO sure Hans was just a flash in the pan.
Only giving him credit when i learned he did Pirates. (Gladiator too, but i was never enthralled in the soundtrack)
But being a die hard Elfman and Williams stan, i refused to give him credit.
_ESPECIALLY_ when he and Pharrell teamed up for the garbage soundtrack for Amazing Spider-Man 2. Cementing that negative experience together with his OSTs for years to come.

As the years went by, and his name was coming up more and more, the more annoying it became to me.
I was so distracted by being annoyed that his name was so ubiquitous, that i never gave the tracks more than a few seconds to try and hook me in, before i deemed it boring trash that only catered to those who conflate a good movie with a good soundtrack.(ie, you like the soundtrack _because_ the movie is good. The OST wouldn't stand on its own)

I've become a lot less jaded after finishing College/being a music major.
With new eyes/ears, i can now fully appreciate the wizardry this man has accomplished.
There are still some tracks that do less than nothing for me....but those are few and far between.
It took about 10 years for me to get over myself, but now i canNOT get enough of what this man does to the industry.( excluding ASM2)
