I’m coming from a nonprofit/government position and have extensive research and analyses experience working on CDC and National Institute of Health grants projects in academic settings, Universities and Hospitals. I have management experience, coordination and program and project management roles that focused on public health research, community outreach/engagement, program Implementation. I am happy to simplify my resume and incorporate my experience into your template. How would you recommend I approach applying for one or all of these positions when my curriculum vitae/ resume is meant To be extensive and provide detailed info about my experience. Thank you so much for your videos and the helpful and extremely important information that you share with the community. I've watched a few of your videos and recently signed up for your resume builder and I must admit, I'm a bit nervous to apply due to the fact that I've been operating my own business and haven't worked for a company in over 12 years. Viewing the requirements on some of the jobs, I notice that I could apply the skills used from operating my own business throughout the years (transferable skills), but I was also curious as to wording certain aspects of the resumes. I was wondering, perhaps, more so, hoping, that you will create a video for those who have been out of the workforce for so long, especially as business owners. Again, thank you for the incredible gifts of knowledge that you share with the community.

Thanks for the video, I have noticed the drop down list does not cover all states, I’m from Kentucky and Kentucky is not listed, I even had issues putting in Zip code as it was rejecting my zip code, I did submit an application for the Business Analyst one but I have a feeling since Kentucky is not part of the drop down list, I’m going to get a rejection email but I guess we’ll find out but thanks and just subscribed to your channel, keep up the great work!
