What you'll do:

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, coaching, advising, and empowering them to work through even their most challenging people issues.
Conduct and coordinate internal investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, bullying and retaliation to facilitate prompt, fair and effective resolution of issues.
Manage a team of Employee Relations Partners handling a variety of employee relations concerns.
Partner with a variety of stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Legal, Leadership, etc.) to facilitate prompt, fair, and effective resolution of employee relations concerns.
Analyze people experience trends, and partner with internal stakeholders to improve our processes and develop proactive strategies, programs, and policies.
Advise on corrective and preventative measures based on root cause analysis from investigations, pragmatic business enhancements and mitigation strategies, including identification of training needs.
