Is it attachable to the 35 liter backpack?

It's very barebones for the price IMO. Think the supposed durability / brand / warranty all factor into the price. A 3rd small zip for organization would've helped a lot. My main gripe so far is the top handle rubbing against my neck in a tank top; not willing to remove tags & test it yet.
