10 yeay mega plan in my opinion
1. Start any Olympic sport traning of every child in between age of 5 to 10
2. Before age of 15 he will become expert of his game ( 5 year traning is enough to become expert )
3 now at this moment this expert child can switch in any other sport if he want bcoz he is physically strong and deciplined. Or he can continue in his game . Of he can quit his sport as fit and strong child.

भारतीय धनी व्यक्ति का बच्चा मेहनत नहीं कर सकता, मध्यम और ग़रीब व्यक्ति के बच्चे के पास शक्तिवर्ध भोजन नहीं मिलता है, स्टेडियम बहुत कम हैं, वहाँ सुविधाएँ भी बहुत कम हैं, कोच ही physiotherapist, psychologist, dietician, physical trainerआदि सभी का भार डाल दिया जाता है, sports medicine, doctor’s की बड़ी कमी है, आबादी से दूर स्टेडियम दूर होते हैं, देश के दूर दराज क्षेत्रों में गावों में स्टेडियम तो दूर schools में अच्छे पीटी तक उपलब्ध नहीं होते हैं।फिर भविष्य भी सुरक्षित नहीं है, ओलंपिक, एशियन गेम्स, कॉमनवेल्थ गेम्स में सभी खिलाड़ी सलेक्ट नहीं हो सकते हैं, भाई भतिजावाद बहुत है, राजनीतिज्ञों,राजपत्रित अधिकारियों का बहुत अधिक दख़लअंदाज़ी है ।भूतपूर्व खिलाड़ियों के हाथों में ही खेलों की बागडोर होनी चाहिये, तब जा कर शत प्रतिशत पदक आ सकते हैं ।
