The main problem with Noahide laws is that it proposes the letter of the law to automatically decide guilt instead of letting the spirit of the law (entrusted to the judge) decide guilt based on the persons intent and motive. Being the spirit that compelled us to say or do it is being taken out of the picture so to auto assign guilt and punishment to anyone who breaks the letter of the law.
Example, if we illegally jaywalk to save a child, then we will be punished solely on breaking the the letter law, good intent & actions are no longer permitted to defend or justify us. Any innocence or goodness will still be punished under the letter of the law. No need for judges since the letter of the law decides guilt and punishment.

All this revelation of Noahide laws plans should've woken up millions of Christians years ago. It got my attention the first time I heard of it pre covid. Yet 99% of believers continue on worshiping those behind this movement.
