When did Russia say the wanted regime change or take Kiev? They were very clear as to what they wanted. Crimea, Donbass referendum and neutral Ukraine...but now they captured and will annex Kherson and Zaporozhie regions, 80% of Ukraines coastline....if anything their war aims increased....
