I'm learning this right now honestly. You think chemistry is all that is required to have a happy relationship. I always thought two people had to compromise but all that does is lead to passive aggressiveness and a buildup of resentment. Both sides have to learn to love enjoy each other for who they are and if you can't do that then they're not the one for you.

How do I handle conflict? Conflict makes me soo uncomfortable. When someone says or does something that hurts my feelings, in the moment I freeze up and can’t create boundaries. When I have had enough, I end up blowing up and ripping the relationship up to shreds. When I try to stick up for myself my whole body starts shaking and it’s so hard to speak.
