Paste text without formatting in MS Word (keyboard shortcut and changing default paste option)

This video will show you how to copy and paste only the text in MS Word. Keyboard shortcut is introduced. Also, you can change the default setting to 'keep text only' so that every time the text is pasted without the formattings.
