For episode 5, we’re making PERSIAN SHIRAZI SALAD. Similar to Pico de Gallo, this is one of my favourite things to dip into when the sun is out 🌞
I KNOW IT’S TECHNICALLY A SALAD, but I’ve been using it as a dip for tortilla chips for as long as I can remember
It’s healthy, fresh, made in 10 minutes, uses only a handful of vegetables + herbs AND can be used as a dip, salad, wrap filler + more.
