Indianas minimum wage has been 7.25 an hr since 2008. But the lowest wage I see in my area is 15 an hr becasue you can't get anyone to work for less than that.

I feel pretty secure in my job. I'm a custodian for a large police department and also a city employee. The building me and my co worker clean is enormous and they need us to keep it clean. They treat us very well and tell us how much they apreciate us all the time. We are very pro law enforcement in my area.
