Brilliant Richard, regarding the call I have been waiting from the SEND Recruitment Director. It turns she had been sick and will now be calling me on Tuesday. The delay however has been helpful for me, as even though I had built up my SEND connections, I took things up a notch by building these up from 51 to 91 and will probably get to over a 100 by the time she calls. One of my new SEND Contacts said this is a brilliant idea as nothing will have more of an impact on a employer than having an extensive contact list. Which especially important in Recruitment - all the more as I am moving over from an Office based Administration environment to here.
