Top GOP donor paid for Clarence Thomas’s grandnephew’s school tuition: Report

ProPublica reported that top Republican donor Harlan Crow paid for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas’s grandnephew’s private school tuition. NBC News has not confirmed the report. NBC News’ Laura Jarrett has more details on Crow’s office dismissing the report as partisan.

The “justices” should NOT be conservative nor liberal. They should be neutral. Judges should be explicitly devoted to upholding established law. Nothing more, nothing less. If laws change, then they should rule accordingly. We have let the Supreme Court determine law rather than uphold the law. This is a fatal mistake that will lead to the end of democracy. Please be aware of our mistakes and take action to correct them.
