As an American, kudos to Mark for actually going to Trump voters. So many UK/Euro outlets interview people in cities and get back on the plane.

Now...talk to thousands of veterans that have lost their jobs and benefits. Not a dozen people out of 330 million Americans to determine his success.

"When a clown moves into a palace, he doesn't become a king. The palace becomes a circus." - Turkish Proverb.
That circus has now become the White House, thanks to one clown.

There are so many Americans that have no clue of anything happening outside of USA. They will learn that there is a world beyond their borders with the president they elected.
It will be a lesson for life :)

The US never paid a $ cash to Ukraine. Promised 183b but ended up sending 82b in Old weapons saving money and new weapons creating USjobs.
Afghanistan did cost the US alone about a trillion $ about 182million a day.

I wish people would understand how the war in Ukraine could affect everyone. But it seems like the 55+ just don't get it.

Can’t wait for the day when those infamous three words “Never Seen Before” becomes “Never Seen Again”!

USA is now alone. Isolated from all its International allies, relationships that will never reset to where they were. USA will lose power from this, economically, security, global influence. The people interviewed here, when the economic and security inpacts affect them, they will be angry, probably at the wrong people, blame some minorities, drift further right looking for solutions, become even more isolated.

No matter. When stuff does hit the fan because of THEIR choices - they will do what they always do - and blame someone else. A big problem with this is a large group of under educated voting Americans control the fate of the free world.

Is electing a convicted criminal as the head of state the sign of advanced democracy or advanced idiotism?

Trump is the greatest president Moscow could ever buy, or at least the cheapest. According to Putin: “trump was worth every ruble, but of course we bought early at fire sale prices during trump's many bankruptcies when he was having one of his many “soul liquidation sales”. Fortunately, trump never had any character, integrity, principals honor or soul so gathering kompromat was a breeze”.
