But yeah, phone etiquette is so weird...I listen to a podcast done by two dudes from Chicago--been friends for 20+ years, but they say they don't actually call each other w/o texting first to see if it is OK to call. He's great! His brand of comedy "fits right in there", adaptable to any crowd, any walk of life, and he doesn't rely on his name, but rather the quality & methodology of his material and delivery. He's not a flavorless hack-job like Tom Papa who insists on his name, rather than whether his material is actually good or not! I love Jim G. ! Been a fan for years. Not only is he a great comedian he is a really good actor as well. I like the fact he is a husband, parent. I love alot of other comedians like Kat Williams. The f bombs and B bombs get old and it gets obnoxious after a while and it takes away from the humor. Jim has a special gift to use comedy without being offensive. Keep doin it Jim. We need more humor and less negativity. Life is hard enough .
