Показать описание
This video shares some everyday tips for doing 2 things at the same time to maximize efficiency, and have better time management. There are 8 super helpful tips you may not have thought of previously!
Is it possible to work on more than 1 task at one time? You have to realize you cannot work on too many things all at the same time but you can write down your ideas and projects then PRIORITIZE them.
Tip #1: Staple, arrange, or do other mundane repetitive things while listening to an educational show or content that can help you improve in life or professionally. To do this type of multitasking you must first write down your daily tasks – things you want to do – to then effectively COMBINE one or two of them together. You must think ahead and plan.
Tip #2: Think of things you can do while you are commuting to and from work or school – use that time wisely doing something productive. The more you plan how you are going to spend your time – planning and preparing night before for the day ahead – the better!
Tip #3: Make phone calls and set appointments while you are doing laundry.
Tip #4: Take advantage of the time you are waiting (grocery line, doctor’s office, dental office, etc.). What tasks can you accomplish while you are idle, waiting?
Tip #5: If you are at a nail salon you can use the time to catch up on emails, reading, phone calls, and more while you are having the tech work on your manicure or pedicure.
