1. Keeping perfect posture, sit on a not too relaxing and not too uncomfortable pose.
2. Slowly breath in & out with nose, keep mouth close. Clear mind, think of breath. Count breaths till 10.
3. If mind wanders, acknowledge n go back to counting from 1.
4. Concentrate on breathing, forget counting.
5. Warm up body, tinglings i guess
6. Experience stillness n yourself. Observe yourself.
7. 15 mins every week and expand 5 mins each week.
