This video was immediately helpful. The pacing of the instructions, descriptions of what to see and hear were helpful, well-photographed. One o the best support videos I've encountered! We subsequently learned that we can use the toner package to send our old cartridge in for recycling!

Thanks. I forgot how to open the correct door ;) its been awhile.just replaced mine with the High Yield cartridge. Brother Laser printers are the BEST.

How do you fix a paper jam? I pulled out the (drum?) that hold the ink cartridge. I can reach the paper but it’s stuck and don’t want it to rip. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance 😊
