This worked for me. This tutorial basically lets you add a password option to sign in with your microsoft account hence bypassing the PIN issue.
Was having issues on Windows 10 after changing motherboard, with error below:

Yo, that actually worked! I saw somebody else’s tutorial with the passwordless file but most didn’t have the file, so this is a huge help
