This man is such an inspired builder. Fender, you need to invest 100% in this guy because he's fresh and has excellent ideas and his inspiration can change the mainstream guitar market to embrace the weird and unusual.

Carlos is the best builder they have right now. I was lucky enough to spend some time with the Brawler that he made for the Chicago Music Exchange and it's one of the best instruments I've ever played. He is bringing so many great ideas to the table and fender should feel lucky to have him

I love that the appropriate Marauder is officially back but...BiLT Guitars out of Des Moines IA have been building Marauder-esque electric for some time now, used by Taylor York, Sean Lennon, Nels Cline, etc.

In addition, they (and considerably Danelectro with their Danoblasters) really commercially sold guitars with on-board effects.

It reminds of one of those rare finds that you would come across in a swap meet or a garage sale, where the seller inherited it, not knowing anything about the guitar gem that they're going to sell to an eager collector, for a few bucks.

Clever. I have to contemplate having a delay circuit built into a guitar. But the overall look and vibe is killer.

I was very confused when I saw the headline because Gibson came out with their own Marauder guitar in the 70s. This Marauder looks much cooler.

I bought a fender pawnshop marauder with a triple bucker in it. I had it rewired so the bucker went in different phase configurations.

But this is much more amazing of a direction. I wish onboard options like this existed commercially.
