This is the 1st meeting between two 4A SPSL top girls basketball teams in Tacoma WA. This game was high energy from the start! Ryah McGriff made the game winner for the No. 3 Jaguars with eight seconds to go in the win over No. 4 Bellarmine Lions

McGriff, a ninth grader, scored on a layup from Maya Barnett with eight seconds to go, bringing 3rd ranked Emerald Ridge to a 53-52 victory over No. 4 Bellarmine Prep. Keiara Curtis almost won the game as she drove nearly the length of the court to get off a good look on a 10-foot floater, which circled the rim and came out at the buzzer. Curtis had given Bellarmine Prep its final lead - 52-51 - on her interior basket with 28 seconds remaining.
