You do excellent work, I am very impressed. I am a native born American. One thing I suggest is that all people who are learning English and wish to advance their skills by visiting an English speaking country understand that America is a multi-ethnic nation. Here people are very tolerant of foreigners who struggle with English. Generally speaking, we are very used to people speaking English at different levels of accomplishment. It is far more likely that Americans will speak with you, work with you and help you to understand. American people tend to be good natured and don't take offense if a foreigner says something incorrectly. Oh, and another important point, Americans that are of the opposite gender a often quite charmed by foreign accents. Basically, my point is that there is very little to fear and plenty to gain by visiting America to improve your language skills. Don't be surprised if people you encounter every day also have English as their second language. There are a lot of people here who speak English at various levels. You will not feel uncomfortable for very long! Good luck and keep striving!
