No effiges:
4:30 This is a geofact (septarian nodules).
6:00 These are not tool marks, but rather two negatives of (crinoid?) fossils.
Also flint was never used for art in the palaeolithic.

Anytime someone says “fits perfectly in the hand” I immediately just shake my head. 🙄

Search ancient native portable hidden art. You will realize that you have a little more than you think.

Thank you for sharing your collection. There are not many good videos on artifacts and like you said most hunters are hunting arrowheads. I have been drawn to find the tools and effigies that natives would have used in their day-to-day life.
I too like arrowheads but I hunt for the tools that were used to make them!
Your video has helped me identify what I have collected so far, I am fairly new to all this and never realized how addictive it can be. Watching your video this morning has inspired me to get my boots on and get out there to see what I can find. Thanks again.😁

.... great informative video .... Since my younger days and after my first artifact find, I've always kept my eyes glued to the ground in front of me whenever I'm out walking the fields or creek beds .... Anything not naturally occuring in nature is always brought back for further examination .... ( lots of artifacts ) .... the turtle stone effigy is particularly interesting, and I do believe the material is called Septeria, which is found in abundance to my location and not many other areas of this continent ....( I have many ) .... These kinds of tool artifacts always seem to find me whenever I'm on a walk-about .... anything different or suspect is ALWAYS pondered about .... Turtle Island was inhabited WAY LONGER before the European intrusion ....
WAY LONGER !
keep your eyes to the ground and stuff will find you .... >>>-- --> ...

Hey man, i'm from the lower tippecanoe/upper fountain county area. Ive walked many creeks around here but can't seem to find any artifacts or even evidence for that matter. Maybe the occasional chert flake. Are you looking mostly in creeks or in fields? And i'm going to the battle ground this weekend with hopes of finding something, but not sure exactly where to look. By the river, in a field, etc

If you go to your local landscape supply yard they have mountains of effigies and stone tools. They call them landscape rocks, but I know

Do you still have luck around the wabash? I’m from the area too and just started hunting but only find flint. Been looking close to Granville bridge around fort Ouiatonon

Hi. Could your turtle effigy pattern be caused by lightning? A lightning stone?

I've found a wide variety (tiny pebbles to large stones) of Native American artifacts mostly in my own backyard and some in my vicinity, too. Different peoples from different eras created different things, using different materials and different styles of artwork/craftsmanship. The least conspicuous stone that you are holding in your hand could actually be an authentic artifact.

For some reason, your video was cut short and I did not get to see the larger objects you had on the table. I have some very similar things in was wanting to get some information.

Liked and just subscribed.
I don't know much about artifacts but trying to learn.
My only suggestion is possibly looking into getting a tripod for your camera.
Looking forward to anything new you add to the channel

How do I get them appraised.
I have every kind of artifact.
Thank you for the help.

Good looking stuff u have there.
I'm pretty sure that the ceremonial piece has the bird, Mastodon, and another one I can't quite make out from the video. This is on the side u see the dancing man. Most all the effigies that I find have more than one animal on them. Our Pea Gravel is littered with tiny pecked out effigies.
