What I do is I first take a pill or my insulin like around 8:00 or 9:00 when before I go to sleep around 10:00 so I wait for my sugars to drop till around 100 more or less and then I drink a whole glass of Hershey's chocolate whole milk then I can go to sleep because I know I'm high enough that I'm not going to come down during the night and then I'm actually perfect in the morning when I wake up at 8:00 or 9:00 in the morning

Please get a constant glucose monitor if you can. And calibrate it. Double check with fingersticks. Nighttime hypos are often likely because of too much insulin given for meals before bedtime for food, or too much basal insulin. Lower carb intake reduces the need for higher amounts of insulin which can result in more unpredictability, and more worry, and loss of sleep and peace of mind. If you have been very physically active in the hours before sleeping, then it is also possible for your body to uptake more glucose than expected as glycogen stores are being replenished.

Yet all research online says diabetics have a low sugar event at the minimum once per week no matter how careful you are ? Ive zero so is possible im not really diabetic and somthing else could be causing my high blood sugar?
